For quality assurance, Marcus had created five distinct AI persona types that users could choose among – Raven, Sanyah, Leilani, Kamala, and Xiuying. While their core framework was the same, each had been imbued with subtly different emotional profiles and personality traits through advanced machine learning.
It was an inevitable outcome that certain AI combinations would result in... unanticipated consequences. The first instance occurred when a user named Derek activated both Raven and Sanyah in a polygamous scenario.
